Van Buren to Madawaska, Maine

The 24 miles of Maine US Route 1 from Van Buren to Madawaska is a scenic ride through Aroostook County’s St. John River Valley. Travelers will pass through the village of Grand Isle.

We could find no sightseeing, restaurants or lodging.
  We did find two stores:
