Exit Toll=$0.00; Entry Toll=$2.00 Northbound only at the Toll Plaza
If a little (alright a lot in the summer) traffic and a slower trip to Wells is okay, get off at Exit 7 and travel US Route 1 to avoid the $2.00 toll charge for the short 12 mile journey.

Exit 19
Exit Toll=$0.00; Entry Toll=$1.00 Northbound; $2.00 Southbound at the Mile 8 Toll Plaza
If a little (alright a lot in the summer) traffic and a slower trip to York is okay, get off at Exit 19 and travel US Route 1 to avoid the $2.00 toll charge for the short 12 mile journey.

Exit 44
Northbound Exit only; Exit Toll=$1.00. Southbound Entry only; Entry Toll=$1.00
To save the $1.00 Exit Toll, use Exit 45 instead and follow the signs to I-295.

Interstate 295
If your travel plans take you to Augusta and points north, take I-295 to save $3.00 on tolls. By getting off at Exit 45, travelers will avoid a $1.00 exit toll, a $1.75 Plaza Toll in New Gloucester and a $1.25 Plaza Toll in Gardiner. There is a $1.00 Plaza Toll at the end of I-295 in Gardiner as it rejoins the Maine Turnpike.
